Some Mod is sending my action points to oblivion. AP value -5851

Seems like some mod is using ModAV instead of a Magic Effect or DamageAV to change player stats.

 

 

Does this look familiar to anyone and do you know what mod caused it?

Going through my save history. I think it's the PAT - Power Armor Training mod.
