Problems to start a modded Fallout 4 on the Steam Deck

Hi, here's the problem:

 

I installed windows 10 on my micro sd card to have windows on the steam deck and to keep SteamOS on the SSD. I use multiboot and i made this because of my modded Skyrim and my modded Fallout 4.

Skyrim is working perfectly when i start that game from the sd card in my steam deck. For Fallout 4 i use ModOrganizer 2 and i double checked it. The game, all the mods and the load order are exactly the same like on my laptop. On the laptop it works fine but on the steam deck it crashes before it even start. Why is that so? couldn't i start the modded game from a sd card?

if i start the game just with f4se and without modOrganizer 2 it works but then the game start without my mods.
