Ryongoliath Posted April 15, 2023 Posted April 15, 2023 Having a strange issue with the Item Curios Nipple Ts in my game, where they float over my character rather than being on her nipples like they should be (see pics) I have 3 toys mods installed, framework, toystory(with assets), and Shout Like a Virgin Evolved (with assets). Only using the CBBE curvy body, and it's a clean save and fresh install of sse. Other parts of the mods also seem to work just fine. I tried applying different presets in Bodyslide, but that didn't fix anything, anything I should try?
wareware Posted April 15, 2023 Posted April 15, 2023 In bodyslide select all the Toys group and batch build them with morphs enabled.

shortiron Posted April 15, 2023 Posted April 15, 2023 sorry it took me some time to answer. i wasn't home and i no longer have any misaligned clothings on my Skyrim mods. luckily i still have some on Fallout 4. different games, but how to do it is basically the same. Quote as you can see, those piercings are misaligned. first you need to know from what mod the clothing articles are from. in this case those piercings are from Devious Devices for FO4. delete the generated bodyslide files from your bodyslide output folder. open Outfit Studio and load the article's .osp file inside SliderSets folder. in this case it's PiercingNSoulPink.osp from Devious Devices. usually clothing articles like piercings, clamps, etc. don't have any reference body. but if it exists, just delete it because it could be using the modder's custom body that doesn't fit with yours. next you're gonna load a new reference body. select the reference body you want to use. in skyrim language it's probably CBBE, UUNP, or BHUNP. in my case since it's FO4, it's either CBBE or FusionGirl. when the reference loaded, select all the article's components (if there are more than one like this piercings), except the reference body, then select "Copy Bone Weights" so the article's bone match the reference body's. next you might want to test the result using your preferred body presets. in this case i just use CBBE Chubby Nude preset. make sure they are where they should be. or you can align the manually by enabling that icon at the top left. and use the X, Y, Z designation arrows to move them to where you like. when you are satisfied with the result, again with everything but the reference body selected, press Ctrl+C to conform the selected components. unless you know what you're doing, the default values are fine. now select the new reference body and delete it. you don't want it for other than BODY articles like armors or clothes that cover the whole torso. save the project. regenerate BodySlide. and now they are aligned perfectly. hope it helps.
bnub345 Posted April 15, 2023 Posted April 15, 2023 That is a pretty good guide from shortiron, the only thing I would add is delete all of the old bones from the clothing before copying the bone weights. Open the bone tab, click on the first bone, shift+click on the last bone to select all bones, then right click > delete from shape. The reason for this is copying the weights will not overwrite left over bones with different names from the reference body. Having partial bone weights left over will mess everything up.
