new settlement update

when you first start out to build a complete settlement it can be quite daunting.

You will change your mind many times as you build, and that can mean tearing everything apart and starting over.

This is what the ground floor of the common residential room looked like:



Dark and dreary, just a room to sleep, good enough, but not enough.

 

so I changed everything to look like this:
