Mod request for egg laying like in wicked perversions but eggs hatch into sims.

The title says it all, I want a mod that makes sims in sim 4 lay eggs like in wicked perversions but the eggs hatch into toddlers. I would like a nest object too about the size of a 4 x 4 room that can be placed to incubate your eggs. If anyone thinks this is a good idea could you find someone to work on it?
