andypuk1980 Posted April 13, 2023 Posted April 13, 2023 Thought i'd post here and see if anyone can help with this Last Exception i keep getting whenever i try a play a household in Finchwick in Henford On Bagley, it seems to be related to Agnes Crumplebottom and it keeps popping up with the error. I'm not sure how to solve it so if anyone can provide some insight, it's currently making Finchwick unplayable, The other areas are fine, Old New Henford and The Bramblewood are fine and no last exception errors there. mc_lastexception.html

Looking at your mods list you have several that deal with that kind of things and that are quite outdated and are not fully compatible with your game version, for example Littlemssam auto employee, live in business, sleep all night, simda dating app, longer parties more guests. You also have other problems, although i do not think they are related with the actual bug, but it will cause trouble if they are not doing it already: Midnitectech careers musician, fashion modelling career, and having 2 versions of sacrificial romance mod installed at the same time. Then I wonder if you really need scumbumbo scam mod, when mccc tuner does basically the same? So basically, a lot of outdated mods that you need to update, or remove if not updated version compatible with your game version exists. Then delete the cache files and try again. It is a good idea to check the status of your mods often, always after a game update, and always as the first thing to do when you get errors. You can look for example in scarlet list (only updated to 31st march, but still good) or in creators web page: The Mod List – Scarlet's Realm (scarletsrealm.com) Take care of all those things and take the opportunity to check if your other mods are updated too, in case i am missing something else. If you still get errors after taking care of all that please upload a new recent error file and we can take a look.
andypuk1980 Posted April 14, 2023 Author Posted April 14, 2023 (edited) Thanks for your help, I updated all the mods that I could see that needed updating and the ones you mentioned, I removed the Scumbumgo scam mod as suggested, deleted the cache files and tried again, but this time the household won't load at all and throws me back to the world select screen, i get critical exception from better exceptions with possible cause as LL_3_3ib\NisaK\utilities\hazard_detector.py and the reason as Exception raised while processing zone spin up sequence: list index out of range (IndexError: list index out of range) I do have the latest version of wicked perversions installed as well as Wicked Whims. the MCCC last excpetion is bringing up the same error again to do with Agnes Crumplebottom, i've attached the report again just incase theres anything there that stands out, i'm not good at reading them. Its not a massive issue as i can just skip playing a household in Finchwick, I have other working households elsewhere, but it might be good to get it fixed incase I do want to play in Finchwick again. mc_lastexception.html Edited April 14, 2023 by andypuk1980
andypuk1980 Posted April 14, 2023 Author Posted April 14, 2023 (edited) This is the BE Exception Report i'm getting, it seems to be scheduling_zone_director, Exception in Sim Timeline: Exception running Element (IndexError: list index out of range). This is not happening in any other zone, just Finchwick, Agnes and Agatha Crumplebottom are spawning as they should. BE-ExceptionReport-20230414-152257.html Actually i just did a bit of testing and realised that the pub owner and the grocery store owner didn't have any roles assigned, I assigned them using the Assign NPC Roles mod and reset the objects for the bar in the pub and the grocery store and so far it seems to be stable, Agnes is assigned to the Agnes role as she should and the error seems to have stopped for the time being, I'll keep and eye on it and see if it has been resolved, I'll post again if the error pops up again. Yes it seems that after you updated the problematic mods the error was fixed but the NPC did not get their roles back. Good that you could add it back with the assign npc roles. NPC in the cottage living world are kind of problematic. You should also check your households and hidden households (for example using mccc) to see if the game has generated new NPC for that world so that you do not get multiple copies. Enjoy the game ?
