Z-Merge - Relink script still needed ?

Hello,

 

I have a question about Z-Merge. On a tutorial I saw that after preparing all the merge files, it is needed to click on "relink script" and put them in an "output folder" ; which I did (I am on MO2).

 

But on my current testing I saw that a mod doesn't fonction well with their script overwritten by the relinker script (ABBA v6.3 - breast morphing doesn't work). I have no idea for other script.

 

So I wonder if it is still need to relink script after merging files ?
