AAF pose keep on skipping

I used AAF to pose, my characters usually pose for 2-3 second before going back to normal. Anything to do with themes? Because I've tried all the themes and nothing work. I even tried to pose with playidle, still the same 2-3 second posing. Also, how do you add pose tag to animation?
