I am sure that trying to implement some of the ideas would be very difficult and it would take someone with the tools, knowhow, motivation and plenty of spare time to put together custom 3D models and the required animations along with the scripting to make it all work.  It is not going to happen unless the right person or people fall in love with the idea.  I lack the skillset to do it myself.  I noticed that modders are usually good at scripting or models/animations, but not both.  I have neither.  This stuff would take at least two people to make it playable in the game.  An easier route is to use the human and creature NPCs already in the game.  To use something like a combination of Combat Strip Lite and Autonomy Enhanced to trigger a player/NPC sex animation when the player is stripped "naked and vulnerable" via Combat Strip Lite, and the hostile NPC is within melee range.  It is not the same as surrendering in AAF Violate where there are other things that happen.  Just a single sex animation that can lead to the player character getting pregnant if you have the pregnancy mods installed and trauma via Sex Attributes.  It is simple and could be one of the perks in the Provocative Perks mod or part of some other mod.
