Skin for anime race npc male patch

So I'm looking for a skin patch or something for the anime race male patch https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/45856?tab=description I'm using it with bodytalk3 as recommended , along with the fusion girl version of nanakochan npc for players and female race, and while I have texturess for female npc's the male bodies are just all a near ghost white and I cannot figutre out how to fix it, looking through the mod page I see a comment says it's incompatible with skin changing mods, and I've disabled and tried everything to get a normal skin tone for my male npc's..
