What was the mod that made other women swoon when you were holding a baby and get you better prices at female vendors?

(due perhaps to increased charisma/charm with other women when holding your baby?? I have no idea how it was done)

I remember reading about that on here a few weeks ago and thoght to myself "that's brilliant! so realistic!".

 

But I dont rember where/what it was and its a thing thats not easy to search for and the mod I dont think was primarily about that.

Or was there no addtional mod it was just baked into FPE somehow?
