Cannot perform sex animation on teen sims because "prepuescent"?

I dont know  if this is a feature or a bug because ive never encountered this before, but why is the option to have sek on teen isnt available (im not talking about the option "teen sex switch") but here let me show you a screenshot of it. Like is that actually a new feature? if so how do i bypass this

It's how WW is coded now after HSY.

Ahh right, i havent played much since that dlc, i tought i broke the mod or smt but yea thanks for the solution, very helpful
