problem with CTD

I got CTD in Brinewater Grotto after every 5 - 6 minute of game play and it never been like this before  pls help me .

I already Run Boss and try load save that before i enter  Brinewater Grotto. I can go around skyrim useing horse walk run jump up/down mountain and spawn 20 mage just for test after 2 hr everything fine until i go in Brinewater Grotto CTD happen again.
