Nightstriker model spawn problem

Hello, maybe someone can help.

I installed Nightstriker 3.1 and 4k. In addition, there are Nightstriker Penis, Nightstriker Tweaks and the violate patch.

Unfortunately, no Nightstrikers spawn, but cockroaches. I've already changed the loading order, started a new game - unfortunately negative.

I'm just a bit at a loss and am asking for help.
