load black screen,but random(maybe because wartimes?)

When I open the door to load a new screen,it have random possible become black screen,I check the winidows task manager,my game program is response but the screen is black.I can hear BGM but I can not move or "~" to open console.Espcially when I play wartimes,I open door of "Home",it have 50% random to become black screen.Maybe this screen have a lot of script?

Anyway I would really appreciate it if anyone could help me!
