is there a mod/addons or some sort of setup to set equipped armor for current actor/player as revealed (so it would look smth like bad dog revealing armor) when arousal reaches certain level and goes back when it's down again?

If I were you I'd mod this straight into SLA. As far as I know there's no arousal changed events, so if there is a mod it's going to be polling actors.

 

Edit: It probably comes down to HOW one would go about adding that keyword. A ring might be the simplest solution but has obvious conflicts.
