Does anyone know how to fix saves?

There are several saves in which, after launching, KW does not start, many mods do not work, and most importantly, in the city editing mode, sims are not saved in library !!

Too bad a lot of sims are gone. I thought they would be in the saves and did not throw them into the vault, but it was in vain !! :confused:
