Infertility/sterilization trait/mod

I'm aware of Relationship & Pregnancy Overhaul but it doesn't talk to WickedWhims. I'd like a sterilization surgery procedure built into the WickedWhims framework but I'd take just an Infertility trait so I can at least fake roleplay it.

From what I know the only way is to set the 'neither' under pregnancy settings in CAS on fulleditmode:

That's unfortunate.

 

I'm willing to try and make it myself but I can't for the life of me figure out how to.
