Weird shine on eyes

Hello everyone. Can anyone help with an issue with a custom race that I have? What seem to be causing this issue and how would I go on to fix it? It's not like that all the time. Please note that I'll probably need a step-by-step guide on how to fix it, not unless you're willing to help me yourself. Thank You!

I had been seeing this bug for quite a while. Luminescence in the eyes, easily fixed with an equipment item. If it's what I think it is, you fix it with this

Glow Eye Fix RIng-91112-2-0-1581397006.zip

 

If you have Aditemmenu it will be easier for you. 
It works like this, first equip it and then remove it, the problem should be solved
