WW Impregnate Setting

At some point I disabled "can impregnate" on my male sim. I would now like to enable it.

Where do I find this setting in Wicked Whims? I can't seem to find it anywhere.

You are not happened to be looking for bottom screenshot, are you?

 

If you were specifically looking it from the wickedwhims, I have no idea about it, sorry.
