FNIS won't run, tried everything (Windows 10)

When I open GenerateFNISforUsers.exe (Version 7.6) as administrator or not, the process just closes showing no errors. I have the .NET framework 4.8.1 properly installed. When I run through Mod Organizer 2 using log level debug, it just says that the process is completed without showing any GUI / window. It just won't open. It shows no messages on the terminal. I don't know what to do anymore, it's not an issue with MO2 because it won't run by itself. I also have the latest vc_redist.x64.exe installed ( Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable packages for Visual Studio 2015, 2017, 2019, and 2022 ). Tried opening with compatibility modes for Windows 8 and 7, nothing works. Windows security is disabled. It just won't open and with that, sexlab won't work, anyone had this problem? It's really really frustrating. 
Also, there's nothing to do with FNIS.ini since it's by default "FNIS.ini0", didn't touch it.

I've managed to get it to work using Nemesis, some guys helped me in Reddit. Windows Defender was on the way and the solution probably solves the FNIS problem as well, I'll leave the link here in case someone needs it in the future
