[SEARCH] Best combat sex mod for followers being assaulted

I've been looking for a while for a combat sex mod that reliably allows followers to be assaulted by hostile NPCs, with or without the player. I tried Defeat couple years ago, but that was unreliable and I couldn't figure out why NPCs would just ignore followers when we got defeated. Yamete Redux worked fairly well with the rushed setting because followers would get assaulted as soon as they went down, leaving less time for aggressors to 'forget' about them. It was very flow breaking though as there was often no good way to interrupt the animation if you ended up winning the combat, and you always did because I found I would always get right back up from bleedout at full health if I was knocked down by an enemy that I had disabled(eg. M->M animations). I'm currently trying Yamete Kudasai, but that seems to have the same problem of ignoring followers that defeat had, and it seems to ignore the settings of only male on female sex and keeps doing female on female.

 

TL;DR I want a reliable way to have my followers get assaulted in/after combat heterosexually
