Okay I want my male sims to be able to wear bottoms and have their erect penis sticking out during sex. If your fucking in public you wouldnt have to be nakid to do it. Espcially in soft pants. But i have looked and looked for a solution and cant find one.

A pants as a accesory would work. or lounge pants or shorts. But cant find any of that either.

Are you using Wicked Whims? If so, you can turn off automatic undressing. This won't let your sim keep his pants on and have his dick out too. You would need something like Beto's bottoms and assign it as an outfit or underwear.
