If your fucking in public you wouldnt have to be nakid to do it. Espcially in soft pants. But i have looked and looked for a solution and cant find one.

This won't let your sim keep his pants on and have his dick out too. You would need something like Beto's bottoms and assign it as an outfit or underwear.
