'Genitals' option under 'Anatomy & Clothing' unavailable

Basically what the title says.
I'm trying to change my female sim to having a penis, but the 'Genitals' option is just greyed out and unclickable. When I go to 'Body Selector', my sim is categorised under Vagina/Feminine, and there are only vagina options. I have Noir's Pornstar Cock, so it's not that I'm missing valid penises to use either.
I tried looking around for a solution, but it doesn't seem like anyone else has encountered this issue before.

I'm having this issue too and I can't find anything about it. Genitals is greyed out. My male sims all say (Vagina/Masculine) even when I update/change their frame in CAS and set Gender Identity to Sex Based. Commenting hoping someone else has a solution.

I found a WORK around way. 

Having thr same issue and no results for months now, this is my trick.

Open CAS. creat a TWIN, make the twin look as identical as possible to the sim with the grayed out issues.

 

Rename the sim, and say bye bye (yes its hard but Worth it) and delete the issue sim.

 

I've been doing this and the NEW TWIN sim does not have the issue. 

 

Before you delete your sim, make sure in gameplay you can change the genital area as a safety prior to parting with your issue sim

 

It's the only way I've found to be able to cope with this issue.

Hi! I was having the same problem and after some more searching found a fix someone posted that worked for me. So going to post it here in case someone having the same problem finds this thread like I did. 

 

Enable testing cheats and cas.fulleditmode, then go to edit your household in CAS. Switch the gender on your affected sim and then switch them straight back (ex if a male sim, switch to female, then switch back to male). It won't mess up your outfits or appearance but it will reset the all gender stuff back to default. Now you should be able to go back to live mode and the wicked whims genitals box should work again.
