A new sim or a group of Sims

Hello everyone. I would like to ask or maybe give it to someone who makes Sims or objects well and very efficiently.
Can anyone do something with the BBC content?
Of those that I would like to see are male sims, as well as objects, furniture, women's clothing, for construction, etc.
