Fusillade (Firing Squad) Execution Events?

You know, take a traitor or a criminal, line them up against a wall or tie them to a pole, and then shoot them with a volley of arrows. Firing squads before firing squads were a thing. I'd like for there to be some events that take place along this line. just wandering down the road to see Imperials putting down a Stormcloak, or Stormcloaks putting down a dunmer, or Thalmor putting down a suspected Talos worshipper. That kind of thing.
