What are do when everytime Sims 4 update

Hi, i just asking when Sims 4 update I have to  download the entire 50+ gb game setup to play . Is there anyone has do same or different. If it's different what are doing can you describe?

I have never seen the sims 4 needing 50gb for an update, that is the whole game + all expansions. Also both steam and EA app or Origin would auto-update your game without you doing anything else, so I do not understand what you are doing to get 50gb download.
