Problem with strip club

So I'm at the first step where i'm trying to buy the strip club from my phone but the thing is, it's leading me to the "select a season to play in" page, I select a season and click the checkmark but it keeps going back to the same page options and my game is basically soft lock there. Anyone knows why?

Try make it a Live In Business using TwistedMexi's Live In Business Mod or make it a Brothel/Strip Club combo with the lot type being either a Rental, Residential or simply Generic like I did here

It should work fine. If you get that bug that is usually corrupted game files (do a game repair), game version not compatible with wicked whims version, or incompatible mods. If you provide a lastexception file and/or a wickedwhimsinfolog.log we can take a look and hopefully help you, otherwise it is difficult to know exactly what the problem is, since same bug can be cause by quite a few different reasons.
