Vampire eyes and Sexlab/Ostim

This is probably a general bug but I notice it with Sexlab and Ostim, whenever I start a scene with those mods, my vampire character's eyes revert to the basic yellow eyes. With sexlab, it happens immediatly but with Ostim it doesnt occur until something actually happens (and my character starts to gain Ostim-excitement), if the 2 characters involved just stand there looking at each other, the eyes stay normal. To correct this, I then have to use my nightvision and turn it back off again, which I obviously cant do during sexlab/Ostim. Im running Better Vampires, Dynamic Vampire Appearance and cosmetic vampire overhaul. If anyone knows how to fix this permanently, I would be very happy.

Yes, I know changing vampire eyes in skyrim is a big mess.
