Long update times for racemenu morphs and DD equip

I am trying to change my characters around and use the Devious Devices Equip mod, but for both of these, whenever i try to change something, i experience a long delay before seeing anything update on screen. For example, I move a slider in racemenu, and the respective body part or feature will do nothing for up to a minute or more, and then out of nowhere respond to what the slider was doing. So I could move the slider to the left and the right, and then after waiting a while, my characters breasts will grow big and then small, and even when updating to respond to what I did it still will not update smoothly (lagging, low fps between movements). 

Same thing for DDE, i try to equip a set or an item and I experience a long delay before the item actually appears on the characters body. This can be really frustrating.

 

I have already run FNIS and batch built multiple times in bodyslide as well as playing with presets and bodys to see if thats the isssue, but nothing. LOOT will not fix this either. 

 

Any ideas what could be going wrong?
