Not sure which mod caused this, but (almost?) every pregnancy results mother death on childbirth...
Depite I have renown perk for lowering the risk.
EDIT: I've even removed complication risk in options...

check the mods which deals with childbirth events. JusPrimaeNoctis only work till pregnancy so it can't be related.

JusPrimaeNoctisReformed 0.53.rar still works for me on 1.11. Nice job @black1

I solved most problems by putting JPN just  above Carnalitas
