How to pose your sim character in CAS or move the camera to see other body parts?

So when I'm trying to apply a vagina texture tattoo to my sim character for example, I can't really see how the tattoo looks like because the sim stands still and no way for me to look properly. I've use pose mods before, but they are very annoying and tedious to set up. 

 

Is there some sort of camera mod where I could rotate vertically?

I've been looking for a mod for this today but I couldn't find it.
