Do you have other mods installed together with mccc and wicked whims? Are those updated to a version compatible with game version 1.96? If you are not sure you can upload a wickedwhimsinfolog.log (located in your sims 4 folder) that will contain a list of your mods, or the lastexception file generated by mccc or better exceptions, and we can take a look.

I have mccc installed -> MC Command Center 2023.1.3 

I'm waiting for the  Stable Pre-Release for MC Command Center 2023.2.0 is out! to be out to public, could that be why WW is showing me that error?
