Atractiveness can't get above "Very Attractive" on some sims.

I've notice this happens more often on male sims viewing their female partner than vice versa, but it can happen both ways. No matter if I pick their attractive preferences from a specific sim, romantic partner, family, or if I input the information myself with the 'strong' impressions as well I can not get the sim to find their partner "extremely attractive." I've tried it on all strengths (Subtle, considerate, and opinionated) and on the weaker ones it will fall to "attractive" but opinionated still has them at only "Very attractive". Its strange as well as it's started to happen on sims that I never had issues with before. Sometimes changing the save file can fix the issue, but certain sims are stuck with being seen as "very attractive" by their partner no matter where I put them.

 

I know it's a small difference between the two, but I am particular and I'm getting frustrated I can not get sims that are supposed to be worshipping the ground their partner walks on to find them more than "very attractive"
