Is there a mod that lets the female PC give birth to creatures on SE/AE?

Fertility Mode. You just need to make sure "Allow Creatures" is checked and Birth Race is set to "Father" in the MCM settings.

I'm sorry I mean give birth to creatures! I edited the post. Does FM have the give birth to creatures option?

Eh, kinda. It will still be a blank humanoid at birth, but will be replaced by the creature of origin when growth time is completed. Unfortunately there is no addon at this time for infant creatures to carry around, as no one has stepped forward to add the needed models and textures.
