nymph release buggy?!

I caught a nymph, cant subdue her cause of lack of animal handling skill.

If I set the "release" order, it is taken from prison and taken out of ot.

Then the carrier is walking a chaotic line for 2-3 seconds in an area of 4x4 until the nymph is set to the ground.

The status is not changed to release it is changed to "escapes" and gives a negativ impact to the mood of my colonists.
