I messed up bad, need help

I was installing a creature overhaul mod but forgot to un-check the giant tick box because i already had one, after it got installed the giant skeleton was broken, no biggie i just re-installed the original mod i had for them and manually cleared files meshes and SKSE folder, problem now is tho i think i deleted something i wasn't suppose to, giants are working fine, animations as well, but whenever my character is getting penetrated there is no vagina/anus opening, it works for every other creature but because i deleted something wrong that was affiliated with giants it no longer works with them, im using 3BBB and CPC, any idea what can i do?

Try reinstalling XPMSSE , then reinstalling 3BBB, then reinstalling any skin mods you might be using (Like Bijin Skin).  That should get you the human skeleton back and then map the body to the skeleton and then map textures to the body,
