Since I installed the update, my child is naked in the shower, there are no more squares to blur his body, and he is detailed like adults sims.
is this an update problem?
and if it's not, I find it very inappropriate.

Wicked whims does not add sexual features to children. You have another mod that is doing that. For the rest about how much or less covered children are try tweaking these 2 settings to your liking (you have it in nudity settings---outfit undressing settings---advanced outfit settings):

 

If it does not work, try resetting your settings to default if you have it different, this is the normal "by default" in wicked whims

I do not think the FBI operates in Sweden, so I guess I am safe ?

Sweden, wow!  At least after the aggravation of this mod not working after update for a pack I will not buy, this thread gave me a much needed chuckle!  Thank you for that!

Do you have Moxie Mason's "no mosaic" mod installed? That mod does that - removes the blur from children and toddlers. I tried it out when Wicked was updating recently.
