Any mod that turn Cyrodill into The Walking Dead?

I.e. dead humans turn into zombies but the slow walking kind. Hordes of zombies walking around. Attacking settlements and turning other humans.

I've seen the 28 Days and a Bit 4 mod but that has the fast running zombies and also turned animals.... Also it crashes me a bit too much
