I don't know why I have this file and it still reports an error. 

Meanwhile, none of the sex animations will play, sims just stand there like that.

You may have it too deep and the game can not find it. Try making sure it is the most recent updated version with the new update and your animations are up to date also. Hope this helps.

Basically because the error refers to WONDERFUL WHIMS, and not WICKED WHIMS, which are 2 different mods and you cannot have both installed at the same time. The error is telling you that you have the WONDERFUL WHIMS package file somewhere inside your mods folder (maybe even in the folder that the error is clearly telling you!? ), but not the script file. Maybe a few more copies are packed together inside a big merged package but there is at least one inside that folder in your mods folder. Look for it and delete it, and it should work fine.
