Fallout 4 Idles are not working

(Before I begin I use Vortex Mod Manager)

I wanted to change my idle pose options in lazman’s female standing animation, so an order to Do that I had to uninstall and reinstall the mod an order to access the options again. And now the mod won’t work in game. 

I’ve had this issue before where my idles weren’t working; I had to fix my mod rules to decipher what mod gets loaded before the other.

 

how ever this time after fixing my mod rules it still will not work. 
 

I know this question may be vague due to the fact that it may be difficult for me to gather screen shots of every single mod that I have installed that may be causing the issue of overriding my idle mod, how ever is there a certain category of mods that is known for overriding idles or any other standing animations ?
