Can't Download/False Log Out

I created an account and downloaded a file for The Sims 4. Got the files loaded, work fine, came back to find some more stuff. Now when I log in on the homepage, everything is ok, but when I try to visit the page of any file to download, it shows me as no longer logged in without me having logged out, and I'm unable to download the file. If I go back to the homepage from there, it shows me as logged in again without me having to log back in. If I try to login while on the page of the file I want to download, I just get an OOPS message saying something went wrong. Any idea what's up?
