No, unfortunately you have quite a lot of problems, not only one ?, but luckily most of them can be resolved by doing one thing: UPDATE YOUR MODS ?

Wicked whims is outdated, Nisa is outdated, Basemental drugs is not correctly installed (too deep in your mods folder or you are missing files, so you better delete it and install again) etc etc etc...

You also have corrupted game files, so after you make sure you update all of your mods, remove every single mod that is not compatible with your game version (check for example Scarlett list to check mod status) and delete the cache files (avatarcache and localthumbcache) you should do a game repair. If you have being saving your game with all those errors it is even possible that you have a corrupted save, so after you fix all that try first on a new save with a new household. If it works then you can try again in your older save. 

If it does not wrok after you do everything i have told you feel free to update a new recent error file and we can take a look ?
