PAHE Slaves Keep Getting Deleted

I've been having an issue that doesn't seem to happen to anyone else; whenever i enslave someone, after a short time they will stop being a slave and if i loose line of sight with them, they will usually disappear. when i walk up to slaves that are no longer listed, they wont respond to me. does anyone know why this is happening?

 

this is my current modlist BTW. my top suspect right now is EFF.
