Need help finding somthing

I love using wicked whims and it hasn't been the same since I lost the option to pick a custom vagina for my female sims.. it was in my skin detail section and had many options .. I would love to find it again but have no idea where I got it from in the first place .... can someone help?

If you still have the CC, then just click on your sims open the WW panel: click on "personalisation" then: "Anatomy and Clothing" then "Body Selector", you can then choose, wether you whish to change for all or just the clicked sim.

And there get, Butt, Breast, Penis and Tongue, though I don't know of Tongue works, so here I never change anything
