How do you play with PAH?

I'm curious how others use PAH for their game, my go to was use PAH to capture, then keep them somewhere with HSH, maybe sell bandits with AYGAS. But with DoM, I don't think that's what everyone else does, so how do you use the mod and it's various add ons?
