Mod for changing the intensity of the tan?

Different girls have different degrees of how tanned they get. For example Luna has a rather light tan, it's not very brown, while Patty and Nyontengu get very dark brown, even though all three have a similarly white skin when no tan is applied.  So my question is: is there a mod that changes the degree (intensity) of the tan, to allow the player to give all girls very dark tan?  If there isn't would one of our experienced modders here on the forum try to make a mod like that? 

 

I'm not sure if the picture below is showing, but it's a sample of different tans. Left to right: Nyotengu, Luna, Patti -- all three are at max tan.
