Penis on female sim glitchy

Before the infants update when i would choose, "has a penis" option for female sims it would also show up in cas, but now its glitchy, not showing up in cas and also covered in a pure black glitch, if the base mod ones, I dont see anything in my mods that could be messing with it. or if im missing something i had before. Im not trying to be picky or rude because this coulod alll be a bug because of the big update but i would love some insight on what the heck is going on.
