Sims gone

I am able to get into the game and my house. However my family does not show. The family bar is blank. Active sim Avatar is blank and no sims around. Not even getting an error message. Was working fine at 2 this morning. Was not working after downloading the new update for this mod. I have removed the mod completely and re added it. I have rmoved all mods and it works. I removed just the mod and it works. I have added all mods back and it doesn't work. I have added just the new wicked whims and it stops working after. I have also updated to the latest game patch before updating to the new wicked whims update and worked before downloading updated mod.

Are your other mods updated for the patch? Do you have for example things such as Nisa, AEP, SOL? None of those are compatible with the last game version. Adding a mod that is updated (wicked whims) into a bunch of mods that are not can cause a lot of errors. Make sure you have everything updated, and if a mod is no clearly compatible for the patch remove it. Clear the cache files and try again. If you still experience issue after making sure your mods are all compatible please upload any recent error file you have and we can take a look.
