Wicked whims 174 h is not compatible with your version of the game, update to latest version (175b). Nisa mod is not updated for your game version, remove it. Slice of life is not compatible, remove it. In short, update your mods and remove all the mods that do not have an update compatible with your game version. You can check here what is the status of your other mods if you have other installed other than the ones i name:

If you do not do that your game is not going to work.
